Those who have delicate skin that reddens or irritates easily should take more strict care. Avoid soaps and conventional products that alter the natural pH of the skin and protect it from extreme climates (sun, dryness, etc.).
A good remedy to treat this type of skin is to use oats, a cereal rich in vitamins and minerals that will provide softness and protection to our skin.
We will boil two tablespoons of rolled oats in a glass of water for 10 minutes. We will leave it to rest and we will beat it until we get a cream, which we will apply on our face as a mask. We will let it act for 15 minutes and we will wash our faces well.
- Seawater for eczema:
Skins with eczema, including psoriasis, can find a great improvement in the use of seawater as a tonic. We will mix a part of seawater with two of natural water and we will introduce the mixture in a container with spray, which we will spray directly on our skin.
Seawater disinfects and regulates the natural pH of our skin, in addition to providing a large number of minerals. We do not recommend it in very dry skins.
- Oils for drying:
The dryness of the skin, both of the skin and of the whole body, is fought by means of vegetable oils of first cold pressure, which we must consume and apply directly every day.
We especially recommend flax oil, olive oil, coconut oil, rosehip oil or jojoba oil. We can try them and go combining them, to discover which is the most suitable for our skin.
- Exfoliations against impurities:
The impurities (acne, boils, and pimples) are the means that our skin has to expel toxic substances, so according to how we see it is a positive and healthy response of our body. Therefore, instead of blocking them with chemical creams or antibiotics, what we will do is help eliminate them through the peels, which we can do once a week.
- Maca to regulate hormones:
If the cause of our skin problems is possibly a hormonal disorder, which is very common in adolescence or menopause, we recommend an internal treatment based on maca, an Andean root that helps regulate hormones naturally, also influencing directly on our skin.
We will take a third teaspoon of powdered maca every morning, mixed with water, juice or milk, taking into account that it also brings a lot of energy and vitality, so that people who are too nervous or stressed should control the dose they take so that they do not alter too much
- Lemon and strawberry for stains:
Finally, the spots on the skin, which usually appear due to internal disturbances or excessive sun exposure, we can treat naturally if we apply daily a little lemon or fresh strawberries crushed. The two foods work effectively but we must be constant and not expect immediate results.
To make it more practical we can mix the two ingredients and freeze them in a bucket, to take them out in pieces and use them daily.
