All promise a lot if you accompany it with diet and exercise and you know what? You get the same with diet and exercise.
No no and no. There will be no one to change my mind. Diet of onion soup, pear diet, diet of pineapple. Nutritionally, all are unbalanced. If you want to make the diet of the artichoke because it has many properties, there is a simple solution, add artichoke to one of your meals, but not the bases in it.
The media sell us wonders about some foods, about their properties and that you can take with a diet based on eating pineapple, leeks or carrots, all day. Not only do you end up tired the first day, but you attack everything you see in the fridge. You go from having consumed 300 calories in a day to consuming 3000, in one sitting.
