1 – Warming of the facial muscles

This exercise can be repeated 3 to 5 times, keeping your hands 10 to 20 seconds.
4 – Eyebrows and forehead
Another exercise that serves for the part of the eyebrows and to relax the whole area of the eyeball is the following: it is necessary to place 3 fingers right under the eyebrows and still pull up and out, stretching the whole part in the center of the eyebrows where lots of expression lines form. After this, we must think about compressing the forehead and this helps to tone the frontal muscle that we often wrinkle, thus forming all those wrinkles in the center of the forehead.
5 – Via the double chin
The last exercise is for the double chin. The letter A must be pronounced in a relaxed manner, the teeth are closed with the lower lip and the chin is pushed forward, stretching the whole lower part of the neck, thus helping to tone the whole lower part of the jaw and all those muscles that are very important also for the face.
